Get to know me better

I've spent the past decade helping brands figure out what they are, who they're for, and how to grow — from inside fast-moving companies and from building something of my own from scratch. I helped an early-stage creative firm build the operational and revenue infrastructure to scale toward $1.2M in annual net revenue. I built Sexy Plate Sexy Space from zero to international distribution in under a year. And I've grown an audience that reaches hundreds of thousands of people organically in a single month.

I think about brands the way most people think about restaurants: not just what's on the menu, but how the room feels, whether the lighting is right, what it makes you want to do next. That lens has shaped everything I've built and everything I help others build. Strategy, to me, is inseparable from feeling. If the thinking is right but the feeling is off, something is missing.

I work best with founders and operators who care deeply about what they've built and are ready to be honest about what isn't working. I ask direct questions, I share direct opinions, and I'd rather have a productive uncomfortable conversation early than a polite one that costs you six months. Clients tend to describe working with me as clarifying. Not because I tell them what to do, but because I help them see what they already know more clearly.

My Philosophy

strategy without soul is just a spreadsheet

The brands worth building have both: commercial clarity and a genuine point of view. I work at that intersection.

Clarity is the most underrated competitive advantage

Most brands aren't struggling because their product is wrong. They're struggling because nobody — including them — can articulate what makes it right.

The way something feels is a business decision

Atmosphere, voice, aesthetic, and experience aren't soft considerations. They're what make people choose you, return to you, and talk about you.

build slow enough to build something real

The brands I'm drawn to aren't chasing trends. They're building worlds. That takes intention, not just execution.

Every engagement starts with a conversation.

If you're ready to have one, I am too.
